Mark is the best. Honest and puts customer service first. In the business of selling cars it's hard to trust anyone but I've learned to trust Mark. He's friendly, kind, and his attitude is sell one car honestly and the customer will come back and buy another. That's how he makes money, repeat loyal customers.
Excellent and honest service.
Bought a 2004 BMW 330xi from him about 7 months ago, I've had nothing but issues with it. First week the check engine light came on, I've broken down 3 times in the first two months of having it. He said he'd help fix it but never did. One thing he's good at is ignoring phone calls.
Excellent Experience. Mark gave us a great deal on our daughters first car. He also immediately replaced a windshield that we didn't even notice was broken (he knew and it was part of the sales agreement). Super nice guy, great prices, great cars....we'll definitely be back!
