Please Google, stop embarrassing me!
I'm from Boston and was traveling from Burlington to Middlebury with friends from way out of town. Suggested we pick up sandwiches on the way. Ben's Sandwiches was extra-convenient and highly rated. But pull up to it at lunchtime and there are cars but no door. Only one you can see is blocked by boxes. The place makes sandwiches for gas stations & convenience stores. There is no retail shop! They make 'em here but you can't buy' em here! Yes it's a business. Yes they make sandwiches. But it is not a sandwich shop!!! There has GOT to be a better feedback mechanism than this!!
