Staff here were infinitely more helpful and pleasant than other post offices I've dealt with.
If you want your mail and packages lost, this is the service to use! They miss-deliver mail daily. Scan your packages as "delivered" when they are still sitting in the post office. And don't even ask about your mail or packages. "I don't know, we delivered it." Contacting the regional office is a waste of time too. You get a line of BS a mile deep. So use another service for your packages, and have your mail sent electronically. Safer, faster, and more reliable.
Unprofessional staff, claimed that there is no number on the doors when in fact there are, that's why they never deliver my packages, and that I have to pick them up at the post office. I got notified by the online store I bought from that a delivery attempt was made and that a slip was left in the mailbox. I've been home all morning, so I go outside to retrieve my slip, it's not there. I call the post office asking why the carrier never delivers my packages and Robin gets an attitude at me for calling the carrier a lair for her claims that there is no number on the doors. This just screams lazy carrier. No Christmas tip for her, can't stand lies. Here's a picture that clearly shows a number on the door. Shaking my head. Pay all this money to have my packages delivered and the staff treat me like I'm being unreasonable. Is it not part of their job to make deliveries? UPS and FEDEX have no problems getting out of their trucks to walk my packages up to my door, so why does this mail carrier have such an issue? But the bigger question is why did Robin get such a bad attitude about it? I didn't even have tone with her.
